My Coaching Approach
Coaching is a structured conversation designed to help you think more clearly about your life and move forward with greater intention.
The work is thoughtful, practical, and centered on what matters most to you.
How I Work
A few principles shape my approach:
Curiosity over quick answers
Practical reflection over motivational slogans
Respect for the connection between mind and body
A belief that most people already carry the insight they need, and often benefit from space to uncover it
My role is to help you step back, see your situation more clearly, and move forward with steadier perspective.
Sessions
Sessions are typically 45 minutes and held virtually.
Each conversation begins with your agenda — what feels most important, what is weighing on you, or what would make the time valuable.
Some clients arrive with a clear question. Others arrive with something less defined that they want to think through more carefully. Both are welcome.
Together, we explore the issue, examine possibilities, and identify what feels most clear and useful moving forward.
What Coaching Can Offer
Coaching creates space to slow down, examine assumptions, and consider options that are often difficult to see when life feels crowded or immediate.
Sometimes it begins with a clearer understanding of what matters most.
Sometimes that leads to a decision.
What Coaching Is — and Isn’t
Coaching is not therapy, and it is not consulting.
I do not diagnose problems or prescribe solutions. Instead, I work as a thinking partner — helping you clarify priorities, make sense of complexity, and identify your own next steps.
Between Sessions
Clients often leave with:
clearer perspective
a decision that feels more manageable
a conversation they are ready to have
a small but meaningful next step
Progress often comes through steady shifts in awareness and action over time.
The goal is not perfection, but greater clarity, resilience, and balance during a demanding season of life.
